Ever fancy yourself a detective? Grilling suspects to try and get to the core of the case? Then you might just enjoy this game. Please note that at the time of writing this game was still somewhat in development with minor changes happening as new cases were released. Please bear that in mind as you read this.
You have to construct sentences to ask the suspects questions and cross reference their answers. Occasionally a suspect will say something important which will reveal some words in gold. These golden words are the key to solve each case.
On the top right of the screen are several meters that represent each of the suspects mood. If any one meter becomes full they will refuse to co-operate with you until they calm down. The level of the meters falls as you speak to the other suspects allowing you to juggle them for a while.
At the time of writing two out of five cases had been released, each with three variants that will change some important details about the case as well as the culprit. I should add that these aren’t DLC, you don’t have to buy them separately they just appear once the developer is finished.
I really like this game, its a lot of fun and can be quite a mental work out. I look forward to trying out the other cases as they’re released.
