I hate this game. It was one my fiancé bought me as a present for Christmas (or was it my birthday? Doesn’t really matter) because she knew that I liked playing point and click games like Monkey Island and Deponia. McPixel however is not like those games. Oh, it’s most certainly a point and click game but its essentially ‘moonlogic the game’. On top of the player basically guessing the solutions to the various timed, quick fire puzzles it sometimes also requires you to be pixel perfect with where you click, which is beyond frustrating.
As you might have guessed this isn’t a game I’m going to recommend. The humour is puerile (and not even funny puerile just dumb), the actual playing of the game is tedious, and the music irritates the living crap out of me. This is the kind of game you get someone as a crap joke gift.
