This game… isn’t a game. It’s a satirical commentary on loot boxes in video games. I’m not sure what else to tell you about it really. It definitely captures that feeling of excitement you get when you open a loot box. What’s ridiculous is that I know I shouldn’t get excited, its not like I can show these skins and hats off to anyone. That just goes to show you how insidious these loot boxes can be, I consider myself to be someone not easily suckered in by such tricks and can and have resisted the allure of loot boxes for a long time. But this game got me hooked and had me opening these stupid things for far longer than it should have done.
Well played Mutant Entertainment Studios for making this horrible little satire that has no right to be as good as it is. Especially for a one note joke game. In honesty though, I wouldn’t recommend getting this unless you truly want that little rush.
