Given the state of the world you’d think that I’d want to avoid this game to save being reminded about it all. But you know what? It felt good to be the one in control of the disease, making it mutate to make it more viralant and twarting the attempts to reaseach it.
It’s a rather simple concept really, make a virus and release it on the world with the aim of killing everyone on earth. It’s a simple idea, but it’s one that works very well.
There really is something strangely entertaining about watching your disease spread across the world. Of course you don’t want to start out of the gate with your disease being deadly, your hosts need to live to spread it and if it becomes too deadly too quickly the world will begin to work on a cure faster. So the game becomes a balancing act between being highly infectious and deadly.

This game kept me coming back over and over. Trying out new ways of infecting people, going on ever harder difficulties. That’s the mark of a good game (to me), getting me to return when I feel I’m done with you.
