I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this before but I love a good boardgame, there’s something great about playing with friends around a table. Of course, with the advent of Covid-19 meeting like that has been near impossible even with restrictions lessened. This is where digital boardgames come in, I won’t lie it lacks some of the fun that comes from being physically near your friends but thats no fault of the game itself.

Patchwork is a two player competitive game where you both are trying to create a patchwork blanket and finish with the most buttons. For a competitive game Patchwork is actually a pretty chilled out experience. That isn’t to say its without challenge or any frustration, it’s certainly a bit annoying seeing a plan that you had fall to pieces simply because your opponent didn’t do as you expected. In fact you can win this game pretty much ignoring your opponent and focusing on your own blanket.
