I do love a good puzzle game, especially one that can be picked up and dropped again without having to worry about missing some kind of clue or something.

The core concept of the game is quite a simple concept really, lay down ribbon in such a way that the piece of ribbon on top corresponds with the colour underneath.

Each puzzle is self contained and is slightly more complicated than the last. The game starts you off with a grid of four squares and three pieces of ribbon, but you’ll soon be dealing with grids that are sixteen squares and more.

I love the way that music is integrated into the puzzle solving. Each ribbon laid plays a piece of stringed music, if you place a ribbon that isn’t correct a discordant note will play and the square in question will be highlighted to you.
Not to worry though, each ribbon also has an undo button, there is a penalty for using this although it is very minor which is that you won’t get the little crown at the end of the puzzle… that’s it.

Yeah, this is a relaxing game for me. I liked it so much I ended up getting it on tablet too. Honestly if you’re into puzzle games then you could do much worse than this little gem.
